Pipo's cheese is the best cheese I have eaten in the world! and I have eaten a lot of good Cheese! Close to Gruyere in Switzerland above the 2000 Meter level, Pipo makes one cheese a day from Summer to Spring. It is the most fulfilling thing he could imagine doing. He sings while he works and enjoys himself tremendously. He knows every cow by name. His father helps him when he makes the cheese, for you need a second hand… I wish everyone could try that cheese!
